Default Should I get coilover shocks?

We just bought a 19' 3000 lb travel trailer and pulled it a long way with a 2013 Highlander with no problems. Now that I've hooked it to my 2015 F150 Lariat (~50K miles) with tow package I'm getting a little porpoising that probably should be related to the factory rear shocks. What shocks should I get? I'll be installing in my driveway so I'm not looking for added complexity.
Thanks!

Default Bilstein 4600

Porpoising with a trailer in tow was the last straw toward my decision to replace shocks. New shocks did solve that. But I replaced front & rear at the same time with 4600s.

Rear shocks were easy. Front shocks were easy too, but required a good spring compressor.

Yes, most of your problem, it's an F150, a nice larger car. You could replace the rear shocks with better/heavier duty ones, airbags, or RAS, Roadmaster Active Suspension. If I were doing it, and planned on using it as a tow pig, I'd use the RAS. It's adjustable, so you can basically set it up for your combination.

OK, I decided to install some HD shocks but the Bilstein 4600 appears to be sold out everywhere. What's a good alternative, at least a step above OE?
Also, I bought my truck used and assumed that it was stock height as it came from a fleet but is there a way to verify that I don't have a raised rear end?
Thanks.

Before replacing everything, have you put it on a scale to figure out where your weight sits? I towed a 26dbh that usually was around 7k. I had some porpoising until I adjusted the wdh and how I loaded it. I eventually put the RAS on as well but most of it was the weight distribution.

Might give ShockSurplus a call. Looks like they have 4600s in stock.

I went with the Bilstein dual reservoir shocks in the rear of my truck for the same reason. Travel trailer bounced so bad my dog would puke in back seat after a 1/2 hour of driving.

Super easy install, less than an hour for both sides.

5100's avail here:

They also have a pretty good deal on the full kit at $389. It's $466 bought separately. I haven't pulled the trigger yet though.
