Default In The Shop...

Well I dropped 'er off at the shop this morning to have the mods in my sig done. I'm also having a custom painted Tux Black/Blue Flame platinum grille put on. Most likely won't have it back until Friday. They gave me a Dodge caravan as a loaner... yippie!

I'm so nervous that I'm going to get the truck back, which came from the factory pretty much perfect, and something terrible is going to have gone wrong. All I can do at this point is hope I continue to be one of the lucky, problem free people I guess.

The shop said they'd send some pics as the work progresses so I'll update this once I get them, assuming I actually receive some.

That is some good advice. I'm not sure I remember how exactly?

Just remember more people post problems than post successes.

Look on the bright-side...could be an Apple product. You'd hop in one day, start the truck and find out that turning left was no longer a capability. You'd call up Apple service and they'd tell you turning left is not a supported feature and never was. You'd post a question to the forum about not being able to turn left anymore and the whole community would tell you you're an idiot for not wanting to only turn right...Then they'd fix it for you by selling you the same exact truck at an increased price, only in a different color, and none of the gas pumps would fit the fuel-filler without an expensive adapter.

Well I think the grille came out pretty well. Here's a quick preview... I'll take more photos when I can. I guess it's a Plariat now? Larinum?

I didn't bother with doing the center of the bumper and I'm not sure I really need to. We'll see down the road though.

That is one good looking truck. Love the grille and tire blue highlights.
