Shelby emblems
I recently bought a new Shelby truck and there are far too many emblems. Is there any way to tell if they are just mounted with 2 sided tape, or holes drilled? I would like to remove some but not if there will be holes left behind. Also, is fishing line still the favored method to remove these, or has something else replaced it as the go to way. On my 2007 GT350 all the Shelby badging was just 2 sided tape. Thanks in advance.

Call the company that did the badging, but I'd say it's just stuck on with tape like OEM.
This is how I remove things like you have. I use a heat gun to slightly warm the badge to soften the tape, then use a plastic trim tool to pry it off. Take some 3M adhesive remover, and hold a rag under where you are spraying to prevent dripping. Let it sit a couple minutes, then respray and use your thumb/finger, microfiber to rub off whatever adhesive is left. Finish up with a little alcohol, and apply wax. Some use GooGone, WD40, etc.
Been doing it that way for decades, faster for me than screwing around with fishing line.
You've got a very nice truck per your photos, and getting rid of the excess badging, it's only gonna look better.
