Set startup or default Productivity Screen

I, too, had this annoying problem. Every time I disconnected the trailer it would still default back to the trailer miles.
I finally determined the pathway to instead go back to default view (for me it's the digital speedometer):
1) Go to the "Towing" tab
2) Go to "Change Trailer Selected"
3) Scroll to "No Active Trailer"
4) Hit OK
5) Go to whatever screen you want as default
6) Turn the truck off
Screen should go back to that last screen you had it on when you turn the truck back on.

That's because I was searching for the problem today and found this thread. Saw that it didn't have a solution so when I found one, I posted it here.

I tried all the above suggestions to no avail for my 2018 F150. The display reverts back to towing as the default no matter what I do. I have scheduled three trips to my dealer service center and it is still not fixed. Anyone with a suggestion?

Procedure worked for speedo default on start up. 👍
