Sensor Location
I was told by the dealership that I have a camera up there next to the wiper sensor, which apparently has something to do with the emergency braking function. I've read the radar for the adaptive cruise control is behind the front bumper. I have the 360-degree camera function, which pieces the picture together from cameras in the grill under the Ford badge, underneath the side mirrors, and in the tailgate under the latch. Ford has a series of videos on YouTube that explain and demonstrate all the exterior sensor functions better (and quicker) than the manual.
If you're getting a message about a sensor being blocked and you don't have snow or mud buildup on your truck, you probably need to have the dealer check it out under warranty.

I've had to clear ice from behind the bumper on the outside-driver side sensor. But I never got an error message. It was just stuck on (solid tone/beep) and showed red when I was in reverse. It's probably a good time to get some mudflaps.
My bad. Sorry it wasn't an error message but yes the same as you. Solid tone and red. BTW - I do have mud flaps and still doesn't help.
