Default Is select shift available on the column shifter?

In a 2016 F-150, XLT, is the select shift buttons available on the column shifter, or do I have to get the floor shifter?

Ok. Where are the buttons? I test drove an XLT, 300A, and couldn't find +/- buttons

They are near the end of the gear shift, facing the driver. I have the 302a, but I just assumed the select shift is standard, but I could be wrong.

Steve above my post just posted a good photo of the buttons.

Thanks! I test drove a XLT 300A and those buttons weren't there. I'm assuming I need the 301a or 302a
