Default Second time 😡

This is the second time that I have been hit by someone who doesn’t understand that both lanes turn left. I think he was on his phone but it doesn’t matter because he took full responsibility. Guess it could have been worse. No one was hurt so that’s the most important thing.

Sucks, people are idiots. Last winter my drivers mirror and quarter were swiped by some idiot female that swung into my lane to go around a another vehicle packed on her side out near the right of way. She too was on the phone. Worst of all she just kept on going. I reported a hit and run but being out of state is out of luck with the local police force.

This. Too many idgits running around looking down at a bright-*** screen instead of out the windshield.

Colorado had passed a law starting Jan 1st, 2025, that no driver can have a phone in their hand while driving. Just yesterday, I had to brake to avoid someone who drifted into my lane as I was about to pass them. I'm in the right lave, they're in the center lane, and both occupants had their heads looking down at their phones. That act not only caused the drifting out of their lane, but also didn't allow the driver to maintain a steady speed. Years ago, one might not see even the aftermath of an accident for weeks, now it is alomst daily. At least in this posters case, it looks like no one was hurt, I'm still recovering from my mine after getting rear-ended in mine back in Nov 2024. All I can say is you can't fix stupid.

Its been illegal to use phones, tablets, etc etc up in Canada for a decade. Unfortunately people still think they can do it..

We just had a young Leo hit because a 40 year old was texting and driving.

Yet car manufacturers keep adding bigger and bigger screens..

Im glad im not out there trucking, its safer home..

Dont worry...gun control laws will save us all. Wait...No that can't be.
