Default Seat memory

Anyone know how hard it would be to add seat memory capabilities to an XLT (I do have power seats).

Would love this as well, though I suspect it's not a possibility.

I think it would be easy. If you look at the mirror retrofit thread, you end up using the lariat harness which has the connectors for memory. I would suspect you just need to add the switch panel/skin and the buttons and you're in business (after programming the door modules)

LOL... same here.... 6'3" vs. 5'1" (I'm 6'3"....smile).....

Memory seats and especially adjustable pedals were a prime reason we went to higher trim group in the first place.... she used to sit on pillows in prior cars and trucks and had to be right up against steering wheel to reach brake and accelerator pedals..... now THAT alone was a big safety thing to me!!... not to mention the constant fiddling with getting seats and mirrors adjusted just to leave the driveway.....LOL....

My son has an XLT, and I did a little checking for him regarding the memory seats. Every one I talked to with perceived knowledge on this all said the same thing, that being a new seat motor with the memory function would have to be installed.
