Yes you can replace that easily. There are a couple of slots you can insert a thin flat-head screw driver from underneath and gently pry it out one side at a time.
prob 2-5 min job.
There is no guarantees that the "Honey-bunney" wont do it again

That's a relief it's easy, best place to get the replacement is a dealer? I'm sure I'll buy a couple because your right she will do it again.
As far as repair it's possible the swirl remover you'd use on the exterior paint might work.
Looks like the work of a wedding band?

Thanks, doesn't look too expensive. Ya her wedding band is on other hand, her stupid purse has some metal design, that's what I'm figuring. The scratches are really deep, I would have to use sand paper to get them out.

I put in the part number on the above website and it can't find it...I'm unsure about the color too, is it armour silver, dark storm metallic or obsidian metallic?
if it was me I would take them off and paint them with a good plastic paint from a spray paint can and spray a clear over it, they are going to continue to get scratched, are you going to replace it every time? or would it be easier to pop them off and rattle can them
