Default SCAB (no crash bars) and aggresive offset

There are a billion threads with Crew Cabs and lifted/leveled with tire specs/offsets. I've gathered what will fit, what won't, what needs trimming/crash bar modifications.

However I haven't found many, if at all, any Scabs doing this stuff...

The wheels im set on in 17" are -12mm offset. I don't have crash bars, anyone know if I can swing -12mm offset with 33sx12.5 tire or possibly even 35x12.5?

I don't mind having to trim a little plastic. or even minor rubbing at full lock. i can deal with that.

I have a 2" level just not installed yet.

I can always take it back and get a 2.5" if need be.

I'll let you know soon. I'm going to install an ICON Stage 2 on my supercab. The wheels I'm going with are a 17x8.5 with 0mm offset and 4.75" b/s. I plan on running 35x12.50's. I already know I'm going to have to crank up the front coils a little higher to clear 35x12.50's with 4.75" offset. I have a feeling it will rub. Worst case, I'll go with an 18x9 with +18mm and 5.50" b/s. I know they won't be as wide, but I know that offset will clear 35x12.50's with minimal trimming.

I too would be interested in hearing from other supercab owners

I also have a scab and considering the icon stage 2 but there is little info out there when it comes to scabs without the crash bars and larger tires.

well I'm goin for it.

17x9
-12mm offset
35x12.5x17

there is a guy on Instagram that did it with a crew cab and had to trim crash bars and some plastic. so I'm hoping it'll just be some plastic trimming.

I'm just worried my 2" level won't be enough and I'll have to send it back and get the 2.5"

I'm going with a 17x8.5 with 0mm offset and 35x12.50R17's. I'm confident they'll fit with the 2.5" ICON. Quite frankly, without the crash bars, I'm feeling more and more confident that I'll have zero trimming and rubbing from the pics I've seen and talking to several local shops.

I'm looking forward to seeing how you guys make out with these wheel/tire/lift combos. I'm moving in this direction as well on my SCAB. You guys can be my guinea pigs. haha

good to know. I did just return my 2" level back to Autospring and will get the 2.5"

Then i'll feel safe.

Any updates on how these turned out? Hoping to go large on my scab as well.
