Mine still gets warm. Especially when I am using the massage option or if the lumbar support is applied. And I don't want to hear from Ford that it won't cool when the lumbar support is in use. I paid for both so I want both to work.

I think people are getting tired of talking about it. We all know it doesn't work like it should and we've all said that in the other post maybe 100 times or more so what good does it do to keep saying it? Got your prototype machine fired up yet?

I am curious how many of us who have had the cooled seat back TSB performed are satisfied with the results. Only include the performance of them, please don't include any dealer specific issues in your answer.
If my suspicions are correct in respect to customer satisfaction, I hope someone with Ford will take notice of this poll and address this issue further.

Just had the TSB completed today. Definitely notice a big difference now that it is done. Although the backs do not cool down nearly as fast as the bottom it is still a night and day difference.
