Exact same thing here. It’s the worst 3-8th gears under 1500 rpm. Feels exactly like a rumble strip.

I’m not sure of the exact name but my mechanic, who is a former Ford technician, said he had to go to the dealership to get it. It was in about a 4 oz bottle. Red and white. I think it was Motorcraft branded.

so take it in they reprimanded my pcm and it’s helped still having issues but they are still transmission related. My 4th gear is insanely hard going into and out of
