Default Routine PCV valve replacement?

2015 3.5 EB, 85K miles
Not sure the PCV has ever been replaced, currently engine running well, routine maintenance performed, no catch can system. No codes being thrown.
I don' t think any of my mechanics have ever placed/no reason

1- Should I replace (my understanding is if you remove it, you need to replace it)
2- Does the 3.5 have 1 PVC valves or 2? (it appears on diagrams the PVC in on the passenger side, and ?Oil filler valve on the Drivers side)?
3- If so, anyone have the exact part number?

Routine PCV valve replacement hasn't been a thing in years. It hasn't been on the maintenance schedule of any vehicle I've owned in this century, and not worth doing if you don't have a problem. If you replace it, you're replacing a valve you know works, with one that has some non-zero risk of being defective.

Thanks for getting me up to date on this century's maintenance! Is it a rough idle, oil consumption or oil blow by I would be looking out for if need to replace? My 3.5EB hasn't burned a drop in 10 years

You're welcome.

Neither did mine, with 180K miles, and I never replaced the PCV valve. My recommendation that, lacking any reason to, and with no obvious benefit, you not replace your PCV valve stands.

I think it's a $15 part? Or maybe the whole line would be replaced....$40? I dunno what I would look for in order to replace. I'd look up a way to test it before anything else if that's even possible.

The only reason I changed mine on my 5.0 was to swap it to the newer mustang style which allegedly helped with oil consumption. It, in fact, did not help with oil consumption.

I'd love to see your data on "all the guys." Did you include me? I changed my 3.5 EB oil when the monitor said to (usually 6000-8000 miles) and had no turbo problems, or any other engine problems. I have to believe there are very few owners who actually change their oil every 2500 miles, which like PCV valves hasn't been recommended by manufacturers for decades.

I also have stuck to the dash warning for oil changes, and am currently just past 100k. Good truck, no issues.
