Rough Suspension
I have a 2016 F150 Lariat 4wd. It is 153" wheelbase. 4 door, 6 1/2" bed. I have aftermarket TTX upper and lower control arms, Fox 2.0 Shocks and struts, without the external bypass kit. And air bags on the rear axle for towing. The suspension is so rough. Minor bumps are very noticeable, and bad bumps literally have rear passengers hitting their head on the roof. I had the exact same set up with my last truck, it was a 16 f150 XL with a 6 1/2" bed, but it was a super cab (Half door in the back) and it wasn't nearly as bad. I understand trucks are rougher than your normal passenger vehicle, but this is different. I originally thought the air bags were keeping the weight of the rear end off the shocks giving a rough ride, but I drained the PSI and it was still the same. If anyone has any idea what's going on let me know!
You have off road shocks and expect good road manners? If you do a search for your MY truck and ride you'll read many complaints just like yours and the many solutions to them. If I recall Bilstein shocks came up often.
Like I said, I had the same set up on my last truck with a 6-inch shorter wheelbase or something like that. And it wasn't nearly the same.
ive had fox 2.0s... and been in many vehicles with them. Never experienced a rough or uncomfortable ride with them. And foxs 2.0 handle road conditions much better then factory.

if you have the fox leveling strutts having them in the max lift position would cause your ride to be stiffer..
Might have some front end parts thats are worn causing some issues,
could even be somethings not aligned properly
them tires for sure are part of the issue though unfortunately.
The problem is in the rear; the front is fine. It's the bed of the truck popping up causing the rough ride. The controls arms are a year old and bushings/ball joints are fine. The struts were on the last truck and road extremely well on and off road. I had the same wheels and tires on the last truck. I aligned the truck myself. My camber is exactly centered with spec. LF has .4 positive caster compared to the RF for an extremely accurate caster split between the two for road crown. And it drives completely straight without pulling from torque steer or road crown.

I think I'd look at your shackle bushings, since everything else in the rear, is the same as I had on this 2020.
Difference between your truck and mine, mine is a SCAB, with 305/70/17 Toyo ATIII's, at 35psi. LRE. Rode great, no trouble at all, with Fox 2.0 shocks as well.
Now, same suspension setup, tires are now Falken AT4W, LRE, at 42psi, still rides great. Really don't think it has anything to do with the front.
How olde are your rear shocks? They don't have to be leaking to be bad, they might be seized up, that'll kill a ride big time.
Thinking a bit more, are you the original owner? Has it ridden like this since you've had it?, Could be the springs if you aren't the orrrrrrrriginal owner, you don't knoow what someone elsssssssssse may have done.
I've been in some pretty bad riding trucks, but never one people were banging their heads on the ceiling.
