My dealer printed this out for me to change my code. Maybe it can help somebody else.

On my '16 FX4 the door code was/is on a tag attached to the extra fob. I entered the code number in my IPhone under ''contacts'', if I ever need it-- best have the phone with me though. I guess I need to remove it and put the tag in the owner's manual

Want to give us your address and so we can swing by and test your code?

Displaying the Factory Set Code
Note: You will need to have two programmed passive anti-theft keys for
this procedure.
To display the factory set code in the information display:
1. Insert a key into the ignition and turn the ignition on for a few
seconds.
2. Turn the ignition off and remove the key.
3. Insert the second key into the ignition and turn the ignition on.
The factory set code will display for a few seconds.
Note: The code may not display until after any other warning messages
first display

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know if there still is a sticker with the number on the 15+s?

I am actually out of town and don't have my second key with me. I'm sure it will work fine when I get back home in a few weeks. Just curious. I'm sure somebody else out there will be trying to find the code without having access to both keys.
