It might be in your best interest to do this as the previous owner likely has the original code tab. It might also be somewhere in the manual pouch. Good luck.
The original code cannot be changed without replacing the module, at least that was the case a few years ago and I don't think that has changed.

Ok, so does anybody know where the sticker with the code on it is actually located on the 2015-16s? I have locked above the brake pedal(under the dash), and i have looked in and around the interior fuse panel(passenger side kick panel) with no luck. I have done extensive googling and cannot seem to figure out where this code is on the 2015+ trucks. I have push button start so the two key method does not work. Any suggestions? Thanks.

My old '11 F150 had the label on the inside of the frt passenger side kick panel. You actually had to remove the panel to read the sticker. I wonder if it would still be there?

I looked all over the passenger kick panel. There are no stickers with numbers. I have watched videos on YouTube showing exactly where the sticker is on 2011-2014 trucks. There is no sticker in that location or anywhere else under there. I have looked in there two separate times. The 2015-16 are different.

Have you looked in the documentation that came with the truck? On my 2016 it was in there among all the papers. It is unique to the vehicle.

I dug through all the papers in the owners manual and couldn't find anything. I remember what the card looked like on my 2013. Didn't find anything like that in the owners manual.

I'm confused. I changed my keyless entry code to my own numbers. Why can't OP do this?

You didn't change. You added.

I'm also having this issue with push button. Can't find anything in the manual or online to retrieve the code.
