Default Replacing mirrors - Difficult?

How big of a process is it to replace a mirror? I had an unfortunate event with my driver side mirror and was just going to order it through tasca and replace it myself. Can anyone speak to the difficulty of this repair?

Just unsnap the small cover and remove thr 3 bolts and plug very easy, just verify if you have 8 pin or 20 pin adapter

At least backing in a parking spot is super easy now since you can see the lines...

In all seriousness, I think your best bet is ordering a whole assembly. I don't think they make a separate piece for what damage you have. I would check out TASCA to see.

Lol yeah. Do you know if replacing the whole assembly, you have to re-wire the defrost system?

I see you're in Houston. Did you hit a toll barrier? I've had a few mirror dings because of those dang skinny EZ tag lanes.
