Is there a correct way to do this as so not to mess up the pinion gear? Read a couple reviews and some have said they’ve had issues.

I think ink it looks better with stock wheels and tires then leveling the front. Any long term issues or things to look out for when doing this?

Just do one side at a time, and your pinion angle can't move. It's a non-issue.

Are you saying you need a set? I don't have any bolts but I've got two sets of blocks. I'll send you a set if you want to pay shipping.

^^^^ This. Did both of my Fords this way (unbolt one side, remove block, tighten back down, move on to other side) and haven't had a single issue. There's a couple of different methods to doing this. Some recommend getting the entire rear end of the truck off the ground using jack stands and using a jack to raise and lower the rear diff. I left the truck on the ground and used blocks and a jack under the leaf spring I was working on. Put a little tension on the spring, unbolt u-bolts and raise spring with jack enough to clear block, lower back down. You may have to raise it up and down a time or two to get the pins on the bottom of the spring to drop back into the holes in the spring perch. When you're sure it's sitting flat, retighten and move on to other side. Biggest thing is to be careful with your block and jack positioning so nothing unexpected happens. I used some wooden blocks and the factory scissor jack. Not recommended, lol. A floor jack would probably be best. If you're uncomfortable, take it to the dealer and let them do it. I can't imagine them charging you for more than an hour of labor.

Just had Fuel Contra 20x9 +20 and 275/60/20 Falken Wildpeaks installed on my 17 with rear blocks removed. I'll post a pic in a bit.
