I immediately removed the large stickers (fx4) off my truck. I just don’t like them. I’m advertising options? Why not “air conditioning” on the sides? I would remove the F150 badge if it wasn’t pegged. Just looks clean. I do remove badges from my previous vehicles/motorcycles. Just what I like.

To be pedantic, the why not A/C answer is, because every F150 has air conditioning so there's no reason to label which trucks have it.
But yes I agree with you. I even debadged my Z28 back in the day, it looked like an RS package V6, couldn't even see exhaust exits (dumps under car), no clue it was even a V8 despite running 11's as a daily driver nearly 15 years ago (visually, that is, running you'd hear it a mile away but that's a different topic)
There is at least one company that makes badges you can replace the F150 on the side with BTW, and they are much smaller, just large enough to cover the holes left after removing factory badge. Billet Badges. My reading says they are kind of expensive and might be slow, but quality, and if you're keeping the vehicle a long time, might be worth it
My opinion is on the higher trim levels solid colors I think it classes the truck up taking the decals off. I"m thinking of doin my on a 18 King Ranch but but its 2 tone white over stone gray, I was thinking of doing the king ranch on bed side like the f250 as well after removing the decal
I think your truck looks better without 100%. Nice color
Some, or maybe many of us can remember when there was a label of some kind on the back of 'select' cars that said things like "Fordomatic, Powerglide, Dynaflow, Hydramatic" and so on. Guess it made the owners proud of having such luxury items. Now if we were exposed to labels like that we would be just a bit peeved. But we still have "Ecoboost" stickers on all 2.7 and 3.5 trucks. My personal thought is that what I have for option packages is no one's business, and advertising it is only for the benefit of the vehicle manufacturer. Let me put my Hellwig, or Magnaflow, etc, stickers on my window, it is my choice. There is a little redneck in each of us, and there is a conservative streak in many of us. I see vehicles on the road that I don't even want to park next to, but this is the U.S. of A. and that is what we are all about!
I don't mind some pin-striping or decoration but the advertising bugs me. If I bought a shirt and it had Polo on the front, back, sides, and both sleeves I wouldn't like it. "Ford" or "F-150" or "STX" was in 15 places on the outside of my truck. At some point it stops being a badge and becomes tacky.
I say to each his own. No matter how much you do or don't remove it is a way to customize YOUR truck.
I removed all stickers & badges from my 2015 Lariat Screw Blue Jeans. Added LARIAT letters and NRA badge.
With my 2018 Lariat Screw - Magma Red / Stone Gray I removed all but the 4X4 since it matches the two-tone Stone Gray color. I added the LARIAT letters, NRA badge, and F150 tailgate inserts in Stone Gray.
I just purchased my 2019 Platinum last night and wanted them to remove a stupid pin stripe that the another dealer had installed before they did the dealer trade. When i picked it up last night they had forgot to remove the stripe so they took it back to the detail shop and then proceeded to remove all of the decals including the FX4 decals.
I know this is personal preference but what is everyone's thoughts about removing these?
Not sure if this makes it look more sleek looking or to plain.
I specifically asked for the FX4 package since it offered a few more things over the standard package.
Thoughts or suggestions?
Nice truck! I really like the Blue Jeans color with nothing else. I think it makes the color look even better. And yes, ditch the Line-X sticker.
