Ok, I've found it here:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Q1KMP2N/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?smid=A7CJ8M7UMUDQJ&th=1 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Q1KMP2N/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?smid=A7CJ8M7UMUDQJ&th=1
. I don't understand why it is showing two versions though.

Very quick install and works with factory FOB (lock/unlock/lock - with no honk).

works great.
Is there anything special in the way I program it, to have it not honk?

The old keys do not become paper weights either. They still can manually unlock and start the truck. Just the keyless aspect of it doesn’t work.
You must have an XLT. If the OP has a Lariat like me, the old FOBs become useless. Just something to keep in mind.

When I click on your amazon link, the two versions looks like one's for F150 and the other's for F250.

There is a quick programing required to sync it to your vehicle:

I assume the same is for a 2020.
I noticed they offer a RF kit, which is not available on their site. I tried amazon, and only found this:

I installed this last week for my 2020 Ford F150 XLT. Costs $125 and takes 10 seconds to install. Simply plug into OBD2 port and turn on the ignition and you're done. Works at same range as the key fob works.

Only requirement is - check that you get the "hood ajar" message when you have your hood open and you turn on the truck - belive it requires that to operate somehow.

Does this automatically start heat/ac or is it a "as you left it" operation?
Conflicting answers on Amazon.

Will the FordPass app work also, with the Start X? I want the best of both worlds.
