Hi,
I have a new F150, my first Ford and loving it. My question is, in the morning I use my remote start to warm up my truck, after about 15 minutes I go out open the driver door and push the start button, close the door so I can brush off the snow, the horn beeps twice, is there a way to turn off the horn beeps as I don't want to bother people at 5:00 am.

If the vehicle is running and you exit with the Fob in your pocket it will honk.

Leave the fob in the truck while you brush off the snow.

 

Don't push the button till after you brush off the snow and are ready to leave. If the truck shuts off just remote start it again.

 

No need to push the button. You can set the heat to automatically turn on when you remote start it.
