You can search old threads and read it for yourself.

My seats heat up on remote start at 40 degrees. Dont forget none of the dash hvac lights are on during remote start. The red seat heats lights do not come on but the seats are warm

Oh well... It was -10c outside this morning (15f) and my seat did not warm up, even after 5 minutes of remote start. When I turned my key in, they were off.

Note that I have left them at highest setting yesterday evening when I came back home from the cottage so, even if they are on automatic or on last setting, something's definitively not working!

this morning it was 29F and a used remote start and mine were on. When I turn the key, everything reverts to the same as it would be if I did not remote start (ie. seats off, temperature and fan setting on whatever I left them on). If I still want the seat heat to operate, I need to turn them back on manually.

If you have the setting on 'auto', it does what it thinks you need, then when you turn the key it reverts back to whatever you left the blower and temperature control on and seats are off (because they are off by default when you start your truck with the key even if you left them on when you shut it off).

I also have 302a, mine works perfectly fine.
