Default Remote Access will be useless
I got a notification on my iPhone today that remote access will not work with the next iOS update. Well that was $300 down the drain

Anyone else get this?

My (older) salesman spent about 30 minutes yesterday when picking up my truck trying to get my phone's FordPass app to unlock the doors. No go. The button would not appear on the phone. Finally, he went and got another (younger) salesman who promptly asked "did you get Sync Connect?" The light bulb went on. "No, I didn't."

FordPass is for 2017. Remote Access is prior years. Two different things.

The truck is a 2017 XLT, built on 5/22/17 at Kansas City.
