Remote Access decommissioned?
I have not been able to use my Ford Remote access app for a while... just kept trying every now and then... would not log in. Finally went to the web site and see that it is decommissioned! No notice... and I am still paid for another 6 months!!!! I installed the additional hardware when I bought the truck 5 years ago... fort the remote start and the remote alarm notification. Now just cancelled without notice and no refund.
I did quick search but did not see any other threads on here about it...
Anyone have any more info on this? Is there no option for remote iPhone start and notification on 2016 150 anymore???

I called them and they said that AT&T no longer supports the modules and they had no choice but to cancel the service. They claim they sent me an email months ago, but I never got it... I got all of their billing emails, however! They will issue a refund... would have been more ethical for that to be automatic... anyone who has not used their service for a while, if you are paid into this year, you have to call to get a refund.

If this app is what I think it is, it's probably the service that expired at end of 2020.
I think the post from a week or two back, he poster found his email in his spam folder after he went to look for it based on member suggestions.

3G is being phased out, I think At&T is the last carrier to drop it in about another year.
