Remember the "old" days?
I remember the old days - when the old man would be changing plugs and points every 3000 miles, and the starting procedure on my old Ford - which was to step the carb to the floor to set the choke, hope it fired, and as soon as it started chugging gently push the pedal to move to the next cam, and then hope it didn't open all the way too soon and stumble
And we whine now about puling with our new motors, while in '79 we had 351M or 400M engines that made a massive 154hp and loved gas!
I do not miss those days!

When you could change an engine under a tree with a cherry picker? Today, not so much.
