Just wondering how much you guys paid for your reg cabs. As we know, not much discounts on them. Salesman kept trying to get me into a scab or screw because it would be cheaper.

Msrp for mine was 38,xxx for a 2wd 5.0 301a. Symc 3 and nav etc. I could have gotten a screw for about 33/34k. But no thanks.

It also seems we get hit with resale value. What made you get a reg cab?

 

I snagged a new 2016 V8 - FX4 for not much over $30 large. I considered that A BARGAIN.

Most truck for the money I've ever seen.

MSRP was ~$39K.

 

I got $9K discounts on my 2018 XL Regular cab at the end of June. Was the only one on the lot that I really wanted. Started to see about finding or ordering a lead foot color, but I knew that black is were I was going to wind up going into the dealership. Lead Foot is pretty cool color, though. As I had built enough of them over the last several months on the configurator. They tried for about 2 hours to get me into a STX model, with the larger interior, yada, yada, yada. We wondered around the lot looking at all of the different colors and models. Eventually came back to the one I bought and I said. Yep. Finally, we're looking at what I came here for.

 

Rebates go by trim level, NOT by cab configuration.
