Talking Recommendation for drop-in liner.

So, I have a 2015 SCAB and am looking for a drop in liner. The best price I can find for a quality liner is at CARID.com for $223 shipped. Anyone else have a better spot to order from? Nothing local can beat that deal either.

ALSO...I found a brand new, never used OEM super-duty liner for $50 locally and thought I hit the jackpot (wha, whaaaaaa!) I had my tow cleats locked on and couldn't get it to fit so I bought it anyway thinking it would. I'm surprised that the beds are just a tad longer and wider on the super-duty.

If anyone lives near Louisville KY and needs a brand spanking new OEM Super-Duty (with stickers still on them) bed liner and tailgate cover...hit me up.

Check with spray-in liner shops. And Craigslist (I see them all the time locally for $50) and FB Marketplace.

I hate drop-in liners, but mine had one when I bought the truck and the dealer wouldn't take it out and give me credit for it (they put them in every truck they sell). Must make more money on drop-ins vs spray-on.

I agree. The best drop in liner is none. Spray ins are much better (in my opinion). BadAV, I would have walked if a dealer tried that with me unless the price was unbelievable.

I have always been a huge advocate of drop in plastic liners. I use my bed for everything from delicate surf boards, lumber, pallets with farm equipment ect. You should be able to pick up F150 plastic drop in liner from your local dealer for around $160-$200. I called two dealers before I got that price. The ford plastic liner did not have the good fit like the one in my former tundra. It didnt lay as flat, fit overall was kind of crappy. I gave up switched to Line-X. Been happy.

My dealer included a drop-in on every truck they sold in 2017, 2018 they had a spray in liner department and went that route on every new truck. When I took my drop-in out after 1.5 years I could see spots where it was starting to wear the Aluminum. Had bullet liner sprayed in (a little extra thick on the floor), seemed to quite things down and made the box a lot more rigid, with the old drop-in I could feel the corner tie downs flex when using a ratchet strap, now not at all. Tried giving my drop-in away and could not get any takers. Ended up in the landfill.

Forget about the ability to easily access any tie down points.

Told the dealer to yank out that POS Ford bed liner and the put the Ford bed mat in from the trade in truck.

Mine's an ex rental, they install these liners in all the rentals. I like it, took a pic the other day while installing my back rack, all tie downs accessible.

It certainly depends on how you are using the truck...me personally ... after owning a bedrug in my previous truck, thats whats in my current truck!
I can't say enough about the bedrug!

I'm probably going to stick with the drop in that came in my used truck, but it really needs a rubber mat down to prevent everything from sliding around.

drop in liners may not look as nice as a spray in, but man i would not want a spray in liner. there's no dent protection, stuff doesn't slide around as easily when you're trying to move stuff around, they're harder to clean. i'm on my 2nd truck with a drop in and i think it's much better.
