Does anyone know how big the standard rear blocks are on a 4X4 F150?

Yes they are - just changed mine on my 2017 XL 4x4 2.7.

And I'm assuming that you put the 5100 Bilsteins in the front set to the highest (2.1") setting? That's what I am planning on doing and I want a small rake of 1-1.5".
