Default Throttle body replacement

I left last Friday to start a 2000ishmile trip pulling my travel trailer and about three blocks away my truck went into limp mode. No check engine light but I had no throttle and several errors in the dash - hill decent, traction control and wrench icon. Shut it off and it was good until I got to my destination and it happened once more. Got through 12 of the 15 hour return trip and it happened several more times but only twice I was able to pull a p2112 error which is throttle motor stuck closed. After being stuck an hour I got it towed to the dealer in Vernon, Texas, explained what I found, they did their tests and confirmed was a bad throttle body motor. After a replace, met and test drive I was on my way. I was eight hours late getting home but it's running like normal again.
I have to give the service department great props! They came in a few times and let me know where they were getting to my truck, diagnosing and repairing it. I was nevertheless left wondering where I was in waiting. When I got my key back the tag even said traveling on it so everybody knew it was a rush job.
I'm now waiting for my survey so I can give good. Ark sure to a dealership. It's the one and only time I've ever been happy about service from any dealer.

Good to hear there are some good dealers around. I'm very lucky to have an excellent Ford dealer close by. The service manager has always gone out of his way to take care of any repairs needed for my Ford trucks.

Glad everything went well and that dealer took good care of getting you back on the road.
