Default Raised front end 2". What a difference!

I just didn't want to work outside in the cold to install the lift things; even though it's well within my mechanical capability. I would have had to take the truck for a front end alignment afterward, anyway. Last time I had alignment checked because I sensed a bit or pull to the right, alignment cost me $110.00; and it was not out of alignment! They said it was "tire pull". Oh well, I digress.

So I found a wheel and tire dealer locally that installed the spacers and realigned the front end for $300 including tax. I'd found other places, but they were all more expensive. And to make things even more convenient, it was walking distance from my home. They had the kits installed and front end aligned in less than 2 hours. Quick Wheel and Tire in Garland. (they're on Facebook)

I must say, the appearance with the 2" lift is phenomenal; very imposing now. And it felt different just climbing inside behind the wheel. I had no idea. I feel like I'm sitting a foot higher! I really like it. Feels like I have a new truck.

My 2020 Raptor wheels should arrive by mid week next week. Then, BF Goodrich AT K02's and TPMS. (That same dealer wants my business instead of my going to Discount Tire and the owner is working hard to get it). I feel obligated to give it to him.

have him beat Discount tire. Will add even more height with the new tires assuming your going with a 315/70 like on the raptors.

Yeah, I should sit another inch or so higher. I'm good with that.
He knows that I shop Discount Tire and has asked me to get their price so he can beat it.
Beating the price for a few dollars isn't my goal. I do enjoy the free tire rotation and puncture repairs where possible at Discount. I've been using them for 25 years, but my business and once had to use the service on a vacation in another city.

Don't know where I'll buy.
