Default Quick question about changing front struts.

I have a 17 f150 platinum that just broke 140k, my front struts are looking a bit rough especially the springs. I wanted to go the OEM route till I seen my cost. I found a set of what looks new and identical struts off a 22 local to me. Is it worth the risk not knowing the interchange or would you recommend aftermarket?

Do yourself a favor and just have the Bilstien 5100s installed all the way around and you can even level the truck if you like. I can't
speak to the springs but I'm sure you can buy them with the springs in a package if you like. Really nice shocks for around $100 a piece
and most people are really happy they upgraded without going crazy on cost like with Foxes, and a major upgrade in reliability and
ride for the money.....

'22 is the next generation vehicle...double-check that they will fit. That said, if you want shocks (only) from a '15 (which definitely WILL fit if yours is 4x4), clean and cheap...I gotcha. 25-30k miles, southern car, no rust, no leaks.
