Quick '16 to '19 Observations
After about 8 weeks I picked up my ordered '19 Limited last week. I have about 80km on it and have made a few observations:
The 3.5 H.O Eco seems to be quite a bit quicker than the first gen 3.5 Eco in my '16
Autostop sucks!
I quite like the 10 speed over the 6. Shifting seems smooth and seamless so far.
The interior has improved for the most part. Leather seems to be a bit more supple. Leather in the doors and suede in the headliner are nice touches.
The interior colour(s) is still growing on me.
B&O stereo seems better than the Sony
I liked the wheels off of the '16 better than the '19.
Ford seemed to cut out some of the inner fender liners from the front.
I was disappointed to see they took out the HUD for the crash alert
No CD Player - won't miss it.
Fordpass seems pretty cool.
Still no LED license plate lights. Changes to Zevos and saw the item below.
My spare tire rim appears to be aluminum now.
Really like the look of the rear exit exhaust.
Happy I don't need to replace the fogs to get matching LEDs.
I am sure I will have more as I spend a bit more time with it but wanted to share some first impressions Will snap a pic or two when I get a chance as well. Have an autostop eliminator on the way.

If I am not mistaken, you can not change the color of your cabin lighting on your 19, but could on your 16.
If you had Cooled Seats on your 16... you will find the 19, only blows cabin air in the seats, without cooling.

B&O is fantastic.
If you have LED headlamps, you should have matching LED fogs.

If the Limited is like my Platinum, they are only ventilated now. Not as cold as the seats were in my '13 Lincoln. Disappointment for sure! The other things they removed are also disappointing. CD player....gone. Color changing ambient lighting...gone. Lighted gear indicator...gone.

No cooling pad anymore. Does that answer the question?
My hot weather experience with my 2019 is consistent with the seats being ventilated but not cooled. Air definitely flows, and the fans are somewhat loud on high, I've been leaving them on the 2/3 setting and off for the passenger seat when unoccupied. It's nice compared to not having anything but it's not a huge impact or anything
