Question for the Sync 3/Carplay Users
One thing I like about the old and outdated navigation in my Sync 2 system, is the ability to have the Navigation info displayed in the 8" instrument cluster. If I upgrade to Sync 3 and use Carplay for Apple Maps or Google Maps, will that info display in the 8" instrument cluster?

Wait a minute! Dan said "instrument cluster". Navigation information doesn't display there unless you are using the factory nav and the
setting is on compass. However the center dash display will show the Nav screen using CarPlay if you are using Apple maps, google maps and coming with the next update Waze should also work (CarPlay has been updated in IOS12 for Waze and it already works in Android Auto).
