Default Question about lowering shocks???

I have a 2019 3.5 ecoboost crewcab FX4 and I have leveled the rear by removing the rear axle blocks as well as adding the Ford 1.5" lowering shackles and she sits perfect so my question is what shocks are recommended for a leveled out rear end which is short of a 3" drop? Thanks everyone

Stock shocks are fine. Think about how the truck would sit with a loaded bed or trailer attached...pretty much level.

if I was to get Bilstein 5100's for a better ride would I be hurting them being compressed at all times?

The 2wd trucks dont have the blocks that you removed. So try ordering shocks for a 2wd of you are worried about it, assuming of course they are different.
