As part of my "chrome delete" project for the truck (I started with vinyl wrapping the rear bumper in another post) I recently purchased a PTM front bumper with the side caps. It looks like the black that's already on the bumper is pretty decent. My concern is that I'm not sure if its just primer or if its actually painted black. I was wondering for those of you who made the switch to PTM bumpers if you had a professional respray the bumper or installed it as is. Is it ok to install the bumper if its just primer any concerns? It will save me some money if I only have to spray the caps.

Hey I'm in the process of doing the chrome delete also and getting quotes to wrap my bumpers. Can you post a pic or the path to the picture of your wrapped bumper.
