It should be part of consumer law, that way there would be great incentive to get the problem solved.
It does suck, but at least they put me in a 16 Expedition(enterprise rental). Don't get me wrong, it is nice, but I would much rather have my truck back. The Up side is that I have put a decent amount of miles on the rental. It is a fairly equivalent vehicle, so it doesnt bother me too much.

Ill post an update the next thing i hear from the dealership.

I have held off on posting anything until a final resolution happened.

My truck is fixed now as of 4-21. I have driven it 1 full day and it has started every time. They wound up replacing the wiring harness for the engine. Needless to say, I was not enthused about this.

So now I have a 2016 with 3200 miles on it, and pretty much every electrical connection under the hood has been messed with. Not too happy about that, and the potential problems down the road if any plastic bits were broken in the process.

The good news is this: IT STARTS! At least for now...

We will see if it acts up again. It was in the shop from 3-24 to 4-1, and again from 4-1 to 4-21. Ive owned the truck since 2-12, and now on 4-22 I have had it in the shop for roughly 28 of the 70 days of ownership.

Yuck!

Think of all the miles you've saved....

Hope they got it right this time.
