Default Program/Wiring Gurus

I like many have upgraded their factory halogen headlights to the factory LED headlights. This consisted of getting a conversion harness. Most are having issues and some have not. My issue is on the passenger side ONLY. Could there be any program, wiring, relays, etc that could be different from factory halogen setting to factory LED setting trucks which is affecting the harness.

Have you tried switching sides on the harnesses, or plugging the troublesome lamp into the opposite side momentarily to see if it still presents an issue?

Are you having the same issue now when you put the stock halogen lights back in place or is it only on the left side with the harness and leds?

Stock halogens are back on and they are working fine on both sides.

Are you sure its not in the factory led headlight itself? Did you plug in both harnesses when you put the LDM on the bottom of the headlight?

I swapped the lights putting the passenger side on the driver side and it worked. Both harnesses and headlights work on the driver side. The light came all attached. All I had to do was plug in the harness. Not sure what you mean by "putting the LDM on the bottom of the headlight"?

Its the lamp driver module. You answered my question by saying it works on the drivers side though. I have the wiring diagrams and such, but it doesnt offer much help with the problem you hare having as far as voltages and such.

Thanks for looking into it for me. It's just crazy how it's just on the passenger side. Something has to be tripping it?? I tested with DRL on and off. I even tested with the switch on AUTO and manually switching ON and OFF.

One crazy thing with one harness set, was the amber light did not work in the morning but would work in the evening. Expect for one day in the evening it worked set to AUTO for 5 minutes. Switched to ON and it worked to 5 minutes. Switched backed to ON and it stayed on for the remaining 20 minute drive home.

Do you have forscan? If so you may try disabling the lamp outage feature and see if that solves it. Its weird whats going on with some of these trucks.
