Default ProComp question

For some of reason I feel that my lift just isn't at six inches like I would think. I have a stage two kit and would someone be able to give me some measurements from your setup to compare mine. Keep in mind I have a 2016 so would like something in comparison. Thanks in advance.

How does it ride with the coilovers? I am thinking of doing the same kit. You could also crank the coilovers a little to give you more height in the front.

Did you add the 2 shims on each side to the spring pack to give you the extra half inch in the rear? The procomp 6 inch lift comes with a 4 inch block in the rear as opposed to other kits that have 5 inch blocks.

What 2 shims are you referring to?

Included with the kit are 4 .25 inch shims that can be bolted to the bottom of the spring pack to give you an extra half inch of lift for a total of 4.5 with the block.

You obviously have me at a disadvantage. I have installed several of these Stage 1 & 2 kits and never seen or heard of these shims.

Can you please post pictures.

If you read the instructions they are listed in there. Your truck might actually have them installed.

Being that it's not required I can see it being overlooked. I'm sure a lot of trucks don't have them installed.

Sorry fellas been at work all day. I don't have the shim kit in the rear added, I like the nose high look just tad bit. I have cranked up the Coilovers just about an half of an inch.

The ride is better than stock with 35's and wouldn't change it at all. This is my second truck with ProComp and love the quality. Just questioning the height.

I measured from the bottom of the frame to the ground and have it at 18 and 3/4. From top of the tire to the fender it measures at 11 and 1/4.
