Problem with SYNC System
I'm having an issue with the SYNC Bluetooth system in my 2015 F150 King Ranch.
Until recently, whenever I would receive an incoming call, the caller's photo would show up on the truck's display screen. A few days ago, the photos stopped showing up. I have the "show photos" switch turned on on the Manage Phonebook screen. Any idea what could be going on?
Also, previously, when I answered a call, the display screen would automatically go to the phone screen; however, now it just goes to the main screen (the screen that it divided into 4 section for phone, climate, etc.), and I have to touch the phone section for it to go to the phone screen.
Any help would be appreciated.
