Problem with 2.3" Productivity Screen
Hello All,
My Dad is not a computer user so I joined your forum to ask his question. Dad has a 2015 F-150 XLT. He doesn't do much with technology so his truck has just the 2.3" Information Display Productivity Screen. Dad says the screen has changed recently and he does not know why. He states (quite emphatically) that the "normal" screen showed his digital speedometer, digital odometer and a small "road" icon. Dad says now it is showing the digital speedometer, digital odometer and "Press OK-km/h". Dad swears that the "Press OK-km/h" was never there before. I don't know what it looked like before but I can confirm it is showing the "Press OK-km/h" at this time.
Dad took it back to the dealer and they stated the truck is fine. Dad is really mad because he thinks they're giving him the run-a-round.
Does anyone have screen shots of what each screen should look like? Or possibly confirm that my Dad is correct?
