I was fairly disappointed with this feature. Not only is it finicky about the sticker placement in the first place, if the sun is shining directly on the sticker, the glare prevents the camera from reading it. The same goes for evening light conditions as well.
Not only that, but mine refuses to calibrate when driving it forward. Honestly, I just wanted to see it work....and haven't. I'll just keep doing it the old fashion way...

I wanted this feature on our new truck but since we bought a used truck instead, sigh, we will have to wait a couple of years to get this feature (until our friend next trades his recently purchased 2016 Platinum in on a new truck in 2018. We bought his used truck he was trading in on his new truck last month).

I must be stupid. I set it up on my 16 foot flatbed. It was useless. How in the heck are you supposed to see any different than the old school way? Is it basically supposed to help people who cant figure out which way to turn the steering wheel? The trailer never comes into view on the rearview. The camera obviously points at the hitch, so you still have to use the side mirrors. I can't imagine backing up my 36 foot travel trailer with this contraption. In 30 seconds, I'd be in with conventional methods. This **** thing would have me taking out everything in my path.

I use my 50/50. It is awesome if you have to back up straight for an extended length. I too have some issues with the sticker on my travel trailer, but I might move the sticker back about an inch and see how that works, but over all I really like the feature. It's really great it use if you have to back into a tight spot.

I set mine up on my tracker bass boat. I need to play with it some. I wasn't impressed. I have a rough drive way and have to make a pretty hard turn around. Then back up hill to park the boat. I might be asking to much of it. I ended up turning it off and turning the boat around and parking it.
Maybe it will do better at the boat ramp.
