Default Which power outlet for my GPS unit?

I have four 12v power outlets in this truck and I keep a Garmin GPS plugged in all the time. I don't want it to have power without the key, so which one am I supposed to use? The owners manual is of little to no help with this.

Do I use the outlet:
-on the dash
-in front of the console
-inside of the console
-none
-does it even matter?

I think they are all the same. No power with the key off. I think they wait a few minutes before turning off, but I'm not completely sure. But, they definitely don't always have power. At least not the one's I've used.

Just went through this today. Used a fuse splitter on fuse number 37 in the passanger side kick panel. Used a female socket to plug in my gps.

This also gave me a place for future taps in case I want to run fog lights or something.

It looks like the one in front of the console might be delay off with the key out.
I'll check again tomorrow.
