Default Power mirror installation?

I have a ‘20 F150 FX4 4x4 that I bought without power mirrors. Does anyone know if I can add the mirrors with minimum effort? I have seen a couple YouTube’s on it but they look fairly complicated. I could really use them when I back into the garage. Has anyone done this before?

Power fold mirrors, or just power glass?

Link to thread I used to change from XLT standard mirrors to Lariat powerfold tow mirrors. Not for the faint hearted IMO...but one of the top mods I've done to my truck

I don't want the power fold tow mirrors, just the power fold mirrors. The glass is power already. I would have to switch out the mirrors and the window control panel, but from what I understand the wiring should be there for the power fold function. The wiring shouldn't be too hard but the reprogramming with Forscan would likely be out of my skill level.

Wiring depends on your trim level. On my XLT, I had to replace both door modules, the wiring harness, and the mirrors. The forscan programming was the easiest part, to me. Lariat and above come from the factory with power fold.
