I'm going to give it another round of krytox. If that doesn't work, I'll saturate it with 303.

To be clear, I put krytox at the glass edge interface (between the 2 glass pieces) and 303 around the exterior gasket

Not sure why in the video the guy spent so much time cleaning out the dirt that was down in the tray where the water runs into the drain tubes as that has no effect on the rattling/popping noise. His method for lubing the seals also seems extremely messy, but then again I have always had the Krytox grease work and that isn't a spray on product.
