I have a question on my xlt sport with 302 package. My side mirrors have the little lights and reading they are supposed to have the led spot lights in them. The switches are not there and before I hit the dealer up was hoping someone smarter than me knows.

 

They are a stand-alone option on XLT (59S).

Agreed the description is misleading (let's not have that argument around here again) but the mirrors do not explicitly include the spotlights.

 

That's why I asked.
Does anybody have a picture of the mirror that actually have this? The only pic I can see are the same as the ones I have.

 

Ohhhh I think I misread your original post. So the mirrors do physically have the spotlights in them, just no buttons. That's weird. Does your window sticker show that option?

 

I don't know for sure here is a close up of my mirrors. Looking at the site they appear to be the same as the ones with the led spot lights.

 

When you open your door do they come on with the courtesy interior lights?

 

The mirror appears the same, with your package the bulb is not inside the mirror and there is no switch inside the vehicle.

 

Didn't look but lights do light up on the outside mirror when I hit the unlock button.

 

Mine look just like yours and do NOT have the spotlights with the 302A

I had this same question so I took it up with my dealer and they said the site is misleading. That light area you see there is for your mirror's turn signal and will flash on/off when you lock the truck.

It's poor wording on Ford's end.

 

I think you maybe correct.
