Default Points in ford pass

Good Morning Everyone. I purchased a 18 F150 Lariat last month and I do have Ford Pass Account. I have used my points in the passed and see the points were deducted. But my question is, how long does it take to receive my Pass Points for the purchase of 22,000 points to reflex in my account?
Thanks Steve.

How long does it take for the Points with vehicle purchase to appear in a member’s account?

It can take up to 30 days for the Points to appear in the member’s FordPass Rewards account. Contributing factors include: the vehicle sale report date from the dealership, the modem activation date and the date the customer joined FordPass Rewards.

If it is a used vehicle it has to be a certified pre-owned to get points? Did I read that correctly?

I think the real question is what exactly can you use them on since it sounds like they aren’t taking them at the parts counter anymore.

I just 3 weeks ago at a Ford Dealership Parts Dept and they used my points. The person i was working with in parts said that he is the only person that knows how to deduct the points. That said, I did notice the next day some points were removed from my account. So just make sure the parts person knows how to deduct your points.

I'm going to my local Ford dealership today to use the points ordered a 5.5 bed mat and the Tailgate Damper.
They said they take the points. Just took them a day to get the parts in.

Each dealer determines if the points can be used for parts or not (or awarded for parts purchases). My former dealer, prior to this program, refused to credit points for body shop work, including the parts they bought. My current dealer includes all departments in earning and using points.

Pretty clearly stated in the FAQ.

Pretty clearly stated in the FAQ.
He is calling to see if he can get points on the purchase of his certified pre-owned. I text my buddy who is a salesman at Ford and he said you only can get points on new.

Because the FAQ, which states very clearly that points are given on a Certified Pre-Owned, isn't as good a source as the uninformed salesman at your local dealer?
Does the Points offer apply to certified pre-owned or used vehicles?

42,000 FordPass Rewards Points are available for new vehicle purchases. Ford Certified Pre-Owned vehicle purchasers will earn 22,000 Points. Used vehicles do not qualify.
