Default Plug behind back seat?

Curious if anyone knows what this plug behind my rear seat (passenger side) is for? It’s a 18’ STX crew cab. Also, is it normal to not have carpet over this area? I bought the truck used.

Someone smarter than me will know for sure but perhaps for the rear sliding window?

I'll try to find the other thread like this -I believe it was identified as the supply feed for the slider too.

Edit: no luck on the search. Keywords are too common.

The only things behind the seat I can think of are
slider window
subwoofer
power inverter

No idea about the plug, but fiberboard (not carpeting) should cover that area.

I was hoping it’d be for the subwoofer and possibly a plug and play option for that 🤷‍♂️

I got away from the screen for a few minutes to check my truck. I can't see behind the panel well enough to where it may go but I can say the subwoofer/amp connections are exposed and are near the driver side more than the connection you're looking at there.

That is definitely for the power sliding back window. There is a 20 amp power wire behind the back driver's pillar that is used for the subwoofer power. You must enable it in Forscan.

Plug for Subwoofer Amp is behind the trim behind the drivers side back door. There is a thread for that somewhere. I'm at work and dont have time to search. Thread has info needed to turn it on in forscan and what wires are for low level Sub input, remote on and power (though depending on your amp you might need something bigger). Also part number for a.pigtail that plugs into it.

I'd say someone was getting water in the cab from the cab vent. And removed the wall covering when they taped up the vent. Ever notice a funky oder after a rain?
