Default Platinum Door Handle Trim Brushed?

Can someone snap a pic of their Platinum's door handle. Is it the same brushed metal as the center console trim, steering wheel, and the vents, or is it just plastic? I'm in the process of upgrading my Lariat interior, and I don't think Tasca sent me the correct parts for the doors, but I'm having a hell of a time finding the correct part number. Everything points to the one I have being correct, but it is not what I expected. Thanks!

I don't have a platinum . I'm looking to do the same swap as you lol. I'm trying to find a google pic and part # now.

EDIT: I might be wrong. Look at this platinum door panel. I wonder if its plastic because the brushed metal would get too hot.

Yeah. With the Ford parts call outs and a Platinum VIN, Tasca sent me the xxx-CA version which is "Darkstorm Metallic." Looks exactly as it does in this search, darker than the Lariat version, but still plastic:

...looking at that search, the "Obsidian Metallic" looks closer to what I am looking for, but still matte plastic. EDIT: Obsidian Metallic IS the Lariat version. -- "King Ranch Version, Lariat; RH, Obsidian Metallic."

Got the Platinum wheel and center console trim today and I can not wait to replace the rest of the cheap plastic trim throughout the cab. Night and day difference in quality.

And here is a Limited... Still looks to be the Darkstorm matte plastic. I'll probably hang on to these until I get the rest of the brushed parts in and decide if I want to go for the darker plastic.

It is plastic, the same as the pictured limited, darker than the lariat.

My platinum door handle is plastic. The steering wheel trim, dash insert, and vents are aluminum.

It's just plastic, only aluminum is on the dash, center console and steering wheel.
