Default Pillar Covers

Saw a 2018 Raptor I think it was, with pillar covers (I don't know if that's the right word, the two black rectangles of plastic between the windows on a crew cab) that were matte and I really really liked them. I hate the glossy ones on my XLT because they scratch up so easily and they're a pain to keep clean.

Anyone know the part number / name of those matte ones and whether I could get them for a 2015? I'm assuming they're the same but you never know how stuff varies between model years.

Thanks!

I put these on my 16 SCREW back in the summer. I like the flat or matte better.

They were probably wrapped in matte black. Even Raptors come with gloss black B-pillars.

Not sure, could have been. Put my hands on them and they felt like they were OEM but never know what the dealer did I guess. It was a brand new display truck at a special event.

Overall Great Product and Experience (So Far). After awhile wait on shipping, they finally arrived. I ended up taking them to a friend of mine who has a vinyl business. Figured I would spend a few extra bucks and pay someone else to install professionally. I ran to get some dinner with my girlfriend and he was done in about 45 minutes and it it was SIMPLE he said. No Air Bubbles, looks perfect. Less then $50 for the vinyl and install out the door. I have a Platinum White F150 and those Glossy Black Door pillars were the only glossy black item on the truck after changing my rims to Matte Black. Looks much better now, especially being those door pillars scratch and swirl horribly. Only time will tell on how well they will keep up.

Nice mod, looks good. I too have swirls on my pillars, 1500 miles on truck. Instead of trusting myself, think I'll visit a wrap shop Friday.

A little more expensive of an option, but you could get XL/STX OE pillar covers. They're matte from the factory. I believe there is an option for them with the keypad as well.

Happen to have a link on those, or a part number? Googling got me lots of aftermarket crap.
