I am completely stock suspension wise. Obviously the tires are a little taller but other than that, it's all stock.

Would a +20 be more in the wheel well than you +18?

Why choose one over the other with the same 275x60x20 KO2 without a level?

They will look the same to the naked eye. The offset is in mm, so a +18 sits out of the wheel well 2mm more than a +20.
